This notice covers this website and enquiries made through its contact links. There are no account, payment or patient-record forms on this website. Care arrangements and any clinical information are discussed separately with our team.
Kamino One Health (Pvt) Ltd ("Kamino", "we") operates this website. This notice explains what personal information we collect through it and how we handle it. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.

What we collect
If you contact us: your name, contact details, service location and the information you choose to include in your enquiry.
If you use our contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the topic you choose and your message. The form sends your message to our email inbox; it is not stored on the website.
If you email us (partnerships, careers, general enquiries): whatever you choose to include in your message, including any attachments such as a CV.
Automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and available. Our website is protected and delivered by Cloudflare.
We do not collect health information through this website. No bookings, patient records, or medical details are collected here.
Why we use it
- To respond to care enquiries and agree the next steps with you
- To respond to your enquiry, partnership interest, or job application
- To keep the website secure and functioning
We rely on your consent where you have given us your details voluntarily, and on our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website delivery, security, DNS, and sending contact form messages to our inbox
- Zoho Mail: our email service
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp; its own privacy terms also apply
We may disclose information where required by law.
Where it is stored
Our email and website services store data on servers outside Sri Lanka, including in Singapore and other locations used by the providers named above. We apply the same care to your information wherever it is processed.
How long we keep it
- Care enquiries: for the time needed to respond and arrange the next steps, or until you ask us to remove them, subject to applicable retention requirements
- Email correspondence: up to 2 years
- Job applications: up to 1 year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop contacting you at any time
Email contactus@kaminohealth.com and we will respond within 21 working days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep this site secure and working, set by Cloudflare.
Changes
We will update this notice when our website or enquiry handling changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
