This is an interim notice for an informational website only. It covers a site that shares information and lets you contact us by email — no bookings, accounts, or health data are handled here. A fuller privacy policy will apply once Kamino services launch.
Kamino One Health ("Kamino", "we") operates this website. This notice explains what personal information we collect through it and how we handle it. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.
Kamino One Health is a healthcare venture based in Sri Lanka, currently completing company registration. Until registration is complete, this website is operated by its founders. Contact: info@kaminohealth.com.
What we collect
If you contact us or join our waitlist: your name, email address, phone number, and district. That is all — we ask for nothing more at this stage.
If you email us (partnerships, careers, general enquiries): whatever you choose to include in your message, including any attachments such as a CV.
Automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and available. Our website is protected and delivered by Cloudflare.
We do not collect health information through this website. No bookings, patient records, or medical details are collected here.
Why we use it

- To respond to your enquiry, partnership interest, or job application
- To keep the website secure and functioning
We rely on your consent where you have given us your details voluntarily, and on our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — website delivery, security, and DNS
- Zoho Mail — our email service
- [Website hosting provider] — hosting this site
We may disclose information where required by law.
Where it is stored
Our email and website services store data on servers outside Sri Lanka, including in Singapore and other locations used by the providers named above. We apply the same care to your information wherever it is processed.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist details: until we launch and contact you, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first
- Email correspondence: up to 2 years
- Job applications: up to 1 year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop contacting you at any time
Email privacy@kaminohealth.com and we will respond within 21 working days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep this site secure and working, set by Cloudflare.
Changes
We will update this notice as Kamino grows — in particular, a fuller privacy policy will apply once our services launch. The date at the top shows the current version.
